Students growth is what matters!

Lamba focuses on individual student growth. Therefore, our program and studio process requires a multi-
part assessment and evaluations that goes beyond traditional report cards.

Transcript

Upon program completion, students obtain their transcript package which Includes:

A certificate of completion

Document certifying the number of studios a student has taken, their projects, and their evaluation.

Portfolio

A compilation of student work done at Lamba over the course of a year to show the student’s development.

Evaluation

At Lamba, we place great emphasis on the growth of every student and our assessment practices reflect this core value. Our evaluation report includes both a self-evaluation and a coach evaluation on their progress towards mastery in six competency areas. As students make progress in mastering these competencies, they earn badges that recognize their achievements and provide a tangible representation of their growth.

Recommendation Letter

A letter that outlines the student’s performance after the ‘open innovation project’ of year one.
